Bringing you up to speed

Dear readers,

I’m coming back from my hiatus. I wish I had been able to prioritize my Substack but with so much happening, I had to let my Substack go temporarily.

I took on a board position at Alpine Club of Canada-Manitoba, left my full-time job, and got certified as a Top Rope Climbing Instructor in Banff National Park last summer.

Then I started learning Creative Communications—CreComm—at Red River College Polytechnic, I started a part time job instructing and supervising climbers at University of Manitoba Climbing, and I took on some freelance work last fall.

I’ll be posting some of what I’ve been working on at school here and integrating what I learn from it into my future writing here as well. I’ll keep you in the loop about what lies further down the trail as I come around the bend.
